Yiddish Theatre – Adam Bemma
The Dora Wasserman Yiddish Theatre in Montreal is celebrating its 50th anniversary this month. To commemorate and honour the achievements of its founder Dora Wasserman, who passed away in 2003, her two daughters, Bryna (artistic director at Segal Centre) and Ella organized the International Yiddish Theatre Festival which takes place from June 17-25, 2009.
